Spring Research breaks into the UK public sector market

London-based Spring Research is a market research company who had tried and failed (dismally!) to get onto a government roster before someone recommended that we go to GIC for advice. We brought GIC in and explained who we were and what we wanted to do in terms of a series of potential government rosters. GIC quickly got to grips with our business and helped us complete the entire roster process for both Revenue & Customs (HMRC) and Central Office of Information (COI). This assistance included filling in forms but also creating policies and procedures that would be beneficial to the application and also advice on how to write the market research specific piece in appropriate ‘government speak’.

The result of this help is that we have now managed to get onto 3 different government procurement rosters and have picked up work from two of these. It has made a very significant impact on our business this year, creating a potential revenue stream at a time when other areas were suffering significantly. Spring Research website
